iTunes has many other options besides music these days. There are an endless supply of podcasts, ranging from yoga to full body work-out videos, that you can stream and do from the comfort of your home.
4. Visit your local, public library
You will be able to find many work-out videos that you can borrow for up to a month at a time, for as little as 99 cents. I find fitness books, and health and fitness magazines, each week to give me great ideas for work-outs.
5. Get out-doors
Take advantage of the wonderful Irish weather we are, occasionally, having. Get out there and walk, run, hike, swim, bike or garden. Any form of exercise where your heart rate is elevated will help burn calories and keep you healthy.
Of course, if you do fancy getting involved in any work-out programmes, joining classes or heading along to a gym, be sure to get in touch with me. Email Invictusptmegan@gmail.com or find me on Instagram@Invictusfitmiss and Twitter@megan91williams
