David Haye tempted the absolute fuck out of fate. Haye was a significant favourite to make Bellew's heavyweight debut a miserable one on Saturday night. 'The Hayemaker' was nothing if not confident in his ability to get his fierce rival out of there early once the opening bell rang. After threatening to "hospitalise" Bellew, Haye offered what turned out to be excellent betting advice to the Liverpool fighter's hardcore supporters. Haye, as we're sure you already know, suffered an unfortunate ankle injury midway through his grudge match with Bellew which set the underdog up perfectly for the upset.
