Anthony Martial has signed for a new football club with the biggest contract in the team's history.
The former Manchester United striker spent nine years at Old Trafford having a roller coaster time scoring goals, but often being side-lined by injury.
The 28-year-old Frenchman was released at the end of last season after his contract ran out and was not renewed by the club.
Now Martial has found a new home at one of Europe's most well-supported clubs next to the Mediterranean Sea.
This morning AEK Athens officially announced the signing of the player with the player expected to arrive in Greece this evening.
He is expected to earn £2.5m per year at his new club over a three-year deal worth £7.5m including bonuses, the most lucrative in AEK's history.
AEK Athens are one of Greece's most successful clubs, winning the league 13 times and the Greek cup 16 times.
Martial is no stranger to silverware helping United to Europa League, FA Cup and League Cup wins during his time in Manchester.
He scored 90 goals and made 47 assists in 317 games for The Red Devils.
