United have lost both league games this season and sit bottom of the Premier League and there is now speculation that the Red Devils are willing to listen to transfer offers after concerns over how his behaviour is affecting the rest of the squad.
But the 37-year-old has pledged to reveal the truth in an interview. Ronaldo wrote on an Instagram post on Thursday: "They know the truth when they interview in a couple weeks. The media is telling lies. I have a notebook and in the last few months of the 100 news I made, only 5 were right. Imagine how it is. Stick with that tip."

Ronaldo's message has been met with some trepidation though. Gary Neville tweeted his views on Wednesday morning, insisting that his former teammate has to "stand up and speak now" as oppose to waiting.
He said: "Why does the greatest player of all time (in my opinion) have to wait two weeks to tell Manchester United fans the truth? Stand up now and speak. The club is in crisis and it needs leaders to lead. He’s the only one who can grab this situation by the scruff of the neck!"

United face rivals Liverpool in their next game on August 22 at Old Trafford. Whether Ronaldo will still be there or not remains to be seen.
