Gary Lineker has a pop at Nicklas Bendtner on Twitter so the former Arsenal man has a pop back

We’re giving this round to the Dane...

Last night Nicklas Bendtner showed one of his periodic flashes of competence, nabbing not one but two goals very late in the day for Wolfsburg as they romped to a 5-1 Europa League win over Krasnodar. After the game Gary Lineker had a dig at the striker on Twitter, a gentle enough one but a definite dig all the same.

But rather than take it lying down, the not-so-great Dane had a pop back.
