A move to one of England's biggest clubs could be on the cards for the Irish midfielder.
Jayson Molumby has been one of Ireland's most consistent performers since his debut for Stephen Kenny's Ireland back in 2020.
Similarly, the 23-year-old excelled under new West Brom manager Carlos Corberan in the second half of last season.
It appears now though that this excellent form has caught the attention of one of England's biggest clubs, with Leeds United reportedly in talks to sign the midfielder.
Molumby, who came through the youth ranks at Brighton, has been at the Hawthorns since 2021, making 74 Championship appearances for the Baggies.

Molumby linked with Leeds.
According to the Sun, the Yorkshire side are discussing a potential fee of £4m with West Brom who are currently enduring financial struggles of their own.
With the Baggies on the brink of selling captain and Ireland centre half Dara O'Shea to Burnley for a cut-price fee of £7m, it appears compatriot Molumby could be next out the door.
A midfield exodus is expected at Elland Road this summer, with American duo Tyler Adams and Brenden Aaronson set to leave the club following their relegation to the Championship.
Fellow USA international Weston McKennie has already returned to Juventus following his unsuccessful loan spell too.
A transfer to Leeds could also offer Molumby the opportunity to work under one of the Premier League's most iconic midfielders, with the news emerging this week that Patrick Vieira is in contention to succeed Sam Allardyce at Elland Road.
Why Leeds is the perfect fit for Molumby?:
Whilst Molumby has been a standout performer at both club and international level in recent times, the young midfielder is still not at the standard required to play consistently at Premier League level.
With West Brom constrained by their financial worries, a move to a side just relegated to the division offers Molumby the opportunity to train and play with a host of Premier League calibre players at the top end of the table.
Similarly, potentially playing under a manager such as Patrick Vieira could prove hugely beneficial for the Waterford man.
The former Invincible earned his coaching stripes through the City group pathway, coaching underage sides at Man City before taking his first senior role in the MLS at New York City.
It is this education in footballing philosophy which has seen Vieira utilise a high-pressing game that relies heavily on having a mobile midfield.
Perhaps Molumby's strongest trait, his athleticism and stamina would be a perfect fit for the former Crystal Palace manager's style of play.
With Vieira himself having also played under the likes of Arsene Wenger, he also possesses a technical knowledge of the game which could add a great deal to Molumby's game.
Under the stewardship of the World Cup winner, Ireland fans may see Molumby kick on to the next level, and become an even more integral part of Stephen Kenny's youthful Irish side.
