Only days ago, Manchester United were also linked with his signature with one report claiming the player would prefer a move to Old Trafford over The Emirates.
Now though, according to the Telegraph (or the Telegraph's French sources, to be more precise), it's Liverpool that are thought to be on the cusp of moving for the 21-year-old. It's said that the Merseyside club have asked about the player's availability with a view to paying a €60m (£55m) fee.
