Mohamed Salah now has more Instagram followers than Man United - much to the delight of Liverpool fans.
Boasting a stunning record against the Red Devils, the 'Egyptian King' has bagged 16 goals in 17 appearances against the Reds' bitter rivals over a stunning spell in Merseyside.
Off the pitch, he's got one over the arch-nemesis too, landing a jaw-dropping 64.5m followers on the social media platform.
United, for context, have 64.3m followers themselves, leading to Salah overtaking the number.
One Liverpool fan stated online: “No way Salah is bigger than Man United,” with another remarking: “Owns Manchester United on the pitch and off it”.
Salah has previously spoken regarding his impeccable record against United but stated it's not all about finding the net versus the club.
Speaking earlier on during the season, he said: “I just go to the game, try to focus on the game and win the game.
"I know what it means to the fans and the city, so I’m always trying to help the team and score goals.
"If we score goals we have a better chance to win the game so I’m always focusing on the game, trying to help the team to win the game."
