The Italian god of football is almost 40, and his time with Roma is likely to be brought to an end in a matter of weeks, after 24 years in the Italian capital. However, anyone who saw his miracle heroics this week for the Serie A giants can testify that he definitely is still well able for magical cameo appearances. It's likely he may head to America to finish his career for a fat wallet full of American dollars in the MLS, but perhaps some heavy English pounds may also be tempting. Leicester City famously signed Roberto Mancini at the tail end of his carrier in the mid-1990s, and The Sun today suggest that Claudio Ranieri is hoping to pull off a similar trick over 15 years later. The newspaper is suggesting the former Inter Milan boss is confident that Totti would add European experience to his squad next season as they prepare for life in the Champions League.
