"It’s the best game I’ve ever played in," O'Connor said after the game.
"It was an unreal performance from the boys. Even when we went 1-0 down we still felt like there was something in it for us. Everyone just gave it their all and we got back to 2-1 in the end. Obviously when you go one down everyone is kind of nervous. "But everyone dug deep and everyone believed that we were good enough to get those two goals back."The 17-year-old midfielder signed a two-and-a-half year deal with the Premier League side back in May and is an Irish player definitely worth keeping an eye on for the future.
