VINE: Here’s the Moreno handball that some think deserved to be a penalty for Chelsea

After a pulsating 45 minutes of football, Liverpool v Chelsea is finely poised at 1-1 but many Chelsea fans feel that their should have had a spot kick after this incident when a Diego Costa cross/pass struck Alberto Moreno. Moreno does appear to move his hands to the ball but he got away it. What do you reckon? Didi Hamann is convinced it was a peno.
