Ciarán McDonald was one of the best and most popular players of his generation.
The Mayo great bagged four Connacht SFC titles with his county, and one All-Star award.
His shooting prowess was legendary, and his son, Kobe, looks like a chip off the old block.
The 17-year-old has already been turning heads with his performances for the Mayo minors, but on the weekend he was doing his stuff at senior level with Crossmolina Deel Rovers.
His side defeated Ballina Stephenites, 3-20 to 4-10, in the Mayo SFC, with the youngster scoring 0-7.
Below are highlights of his performance, that will bring hope to long-suffering Mayo supporters.
