Chief medical officer with the Turf Club Adrian McGoldrick has revealed that there will be no further update on McNamara's condition until tomorrow at the earliest,
'I have spoken to his family and we have agreed there will be no further comment until Sunday, by which time he will have undergone further scans.'McNamara was due to ride the 50-1 shot today for Jim Culloty, but O'Connell will now take over the ride for the 4.15 showpiece at Aintree
