Flyweight title fight added to UFC 186 card as MacDonald v Lombard gets scrapped

This card is taking shape beautifully.

We're more than a little disappointed with the news that the intriguing welterweight contendership decider between Rory MacDonald and Hector Lombard has been given the old heave-ho from UFC 186 but the promotion has come up with a pretty decent replacement. The April event will now feature not one, but two, championship bouts as Demetrious Johnson (21-2-1) has been matched up with the dangerous Kyoji Horiguchi (15-1) to go along with the bantamweight title rematch between T.J. Dillashaw and Renan Barao. [caption id="attachment_12907" align="alignnone" width="500"] UFC flyweight Kyoji Horiguchi[/caption] "Mighty Mouse" hasn't tasted defeat since a 2011 loss at the hands of Dominick Cruz for the UFC bantamweight championship while the 125lb challenger Horiguchi has won all four of his UFC fights since joining the promotion in 2013. We are as of yet unaware as to why MacDonald v Lombard has been pulled from the card but we're salivating at the prospect of seeing THE most technically sound mixed martial artist and the UFC's only flyweight attempt to defend his title in the co-main event of the card that will also see the return of Quinton "Rampage" Jackson to the UFC against Fabio Maldonado and fan favourite Michael Bisping take on the all American wrestler C.B. Dollaway.
