Sirtuin activators essentially work by burning fats while you eat, activating the so-called 'skinny gene' but they have a whole host of health benefits with improved memory, muscle-building and more regular control of blood sugar levels being attributed to the new craze. Nutrition consultants Aidan Goggins and Glen Matten came up with the diet which encourages healthy eating without putting such a strong focus on unrealistic or unhealthy weight loss.
