PIC: Diego Sanchez shares graphic photo of post-surgery shoulder wound, and it’s nasty

We're going to give you one last chance to turn back before scrolling down and seeing the photographic evidence of Diego Sanchez' latest surgery.

We haven't seen Sanchez (25-7) since his victory over Ross Pearson last June and, after falling out of a fight with Joe Lauzon that was slated for UFC 180, the TUF 1 veteran decided to go under the knife. The image of the reconstructed shoulder is not one for the faint of heart so we recommend you putting down your dinner before taking a glance at this.
