Ronda Rousey is old news, Cyborg now wants Holly Holm fight

Cristiane 'Cyborg' Justino was very eager for a Ronda Rousey fight right up until the moment the former champion was knocked out.

For the past 18 months, the only fighter many critics could ever see challenging Rousey for her bantamweight strap was Cyborg. Now that Rousey has been deposed, Holly Holm is the fight that every self-respecting bantamweight - and close close enough - wants. The Brazilian would have to drop a considerable amount of weight to get down to 135lbs but the possibility of a catch-weight encounter would certainly shift some pay-per-views. Miesha Tate believes she should face Holm in her first defence and Rousey could be due an immediate rematch, but Mike Winkeljohn [Holm's coach] says his fighter will take on all comers. That includes Justino. Winkeljohn told Talking Brawls, "I’ll tell you what: Holly has never turned down a fight before in her life. "It won’t be on Holly’s terms if she turns down a fight, unless she retires. Holly will fight anybody, anywhere. She’s that tough, mentally.
