TJ Dillashaw isn’t a fan of the fact that Conor McGregor has “made a new job” for all fighters

Dillashaw has not been the biggest fan of the featherweight champion ever since McGregor repeatedly referred to him as 'a snake in the grass' during the filming of the latest season of The Ultimate Fighter. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ycj3303kWMI Ahead of his title defence against Dominick Cruz in Boston this weekend, Dillashaw was asked about his first interactions with 'The Notorious' and claimed that the Irishman is a much different character when the cameras weren't around. "He seemed here and there," Dillashaw told MMAWeekly. "He's always a different person on-camera than he is off. "He's smart! He's making good money. I don't really like it. I don't like the fakeness of it. I don't like the WWE aspect of the drama. "I just want to be a martial artist, that's why I got into the sport, because I liked it. I like the sport." And Dillashaw has also revealed that he's not fond of the fact that McGregor has forced all other fighters to up their game in terms of the promotion and hyping of fights. "I don't like that we have to do all of this stuff now," Dillashaw explained. "I feel like Conor's made a new job for us.

"We have to promote our own fights a lot more than we used to because of what he's doing, how much draw he's giving to the UFC.

"It's a lot more work for us."
