VIDEO: Georges St-Pierre needs to get back into the swing of speed bag training

Two years ago, footage emerged of Nick Diaz hitting the speed bag for over 20 minutes.

It just so happened to be in training for the penultimate fight of Georges St-Pierre's career but Diaz's eventual opponent looks to be struggling to get just a minute of the rhythmic workout under his belt as he attempts to maintain his fitness. The former welterweight kingpin and arguably the greatest of all time, GSP, saw his muscles put to the test when he visited Manny Pacquiao's gym in L.A. After a challenging training session, he finished up with some speed bag training and was left exhausted by Wild Card trainer Marvin Somodio. MMA fans around the world are hoping to see "Rush" step into the octagon at least once more before he hangs up his gloves for good but he looks like he could do with a kick up the arse in the boxing department if he is to attempt to regain his 170lb title.
