Georges St-Pierre took to Facebook to challenge his fans to give this gymnastics exercise a go.

We resoundingly decline, Georges, but thanks for asking. The former UFC welterweight champion might be taking an extended break away from mixed martial arts but he's clearly not missing a day in the gym as he shows off absurd core strength in this series of exercises that make our abs (or distinct lack thereof) ache just by watching.
