UFC fighter Nick Hein (11-2, 1NC) is notoriously ripped but he can go ahead and keep his ab exercises because they look like as painful as stepping barefoot on an upturned plug, maybe even a little bit more. The lightweight lets his teammates absolutely wallop him with Thai pads for thirty seconds as he keeps his core engaged, barely even wincing. We'll stick to the 6 sit-ups every Sunday, thank you very much. Could you take this punishment?
