VIDEO: UFC fighter Lyoto Machida knows how to unload an unholy amount of sweat for cutting weight

This is one way to ease the water charge burden.

The term sweating buckets is lost on Lyoto Machida because he perspires enough to fill a small lake. The Brazilian is clashing with Luke Rockhold tonight in the Octagon for what looks likely to earn the victor a shot at the the light heavyweight title and he wasn't about to let something like a weigh-in hold him back. Before the fighters took for the scales yesterday, UFC President Dana White snapped this video of Machida relaxing surviving in a sweat box with layers covering him and his sauna suit to help shred the excess pounds and make the weight. The results are frightening as Machida unfolds a bit of his suit and lets a waterfall of sweat pour from him. Needless to say, he made the weight.
