The baddest dude on the planet is pretty damn good at lifting, but still pales in comparison to Cian Healy.

Former UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones is back hitting big numbers in the gym. The former pound-for-pound champion and arguably the greatest fighter to ever grace an Octagon posted a video of himself working out on Thursday which must have put the fear of God into everyone else in the division. Jones posted a new video of him achieving a new personal best deadlift of 525 pounds. While that sounds very impressive (because it is) it's still nowhere near that of Cian Healy, so will mark that down as a win for the Irish.
