WATCH: Idiotic “chin conditioning” system is the worst thing we’ve seen in an MMA gym

For those who have never trained in MMA, don't be misled. This is NOT a thing.

Mixed martial arts training is a fantastic way to get fit, improve your skills and make yourself feel more comfortable if a physical altercation were ever to happen in the outside world. But there are a verrry small percentage of gyms in which lunatics like this engage in insanely stupid training techniques. Here you see some members of the gym, including two small females, being lined up and clobbered with boxing combinations as a way to "toughen up their chin." Some almost get knocked unconscious as they bite down on their gumshields and attempt to absorb the concussive shots. The trainers in question should never be allowed near another gym because this is nothing more than an abuse of a position of power and a good way to give brain damage to unwitting students.
