Former UFC welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre is supposed to be "taking a break from competition" since vacating his 170 lb title in December 2013. But it doesn't look like he's lost a step in his athleticism as he recently posted footage of himself trying to break the gym record for a ludicrously difficult circuit of exercises. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nkSfHQ-jQqk&feature=youtu.be Rush completed 10 reps of dips, push-ups, V sit-ups and toes to bar in an impressive 52 seconds but failed to beat the record-holder's seemingly impossible 38 seconds.
