"As John was saying I was only up for about 10 minutes by that stage and I had missed the celebrations bus earlier on. I didn't make it on the bus. "The funny thing is we got home quite late and had a couple of drinks but Bundee didn't stay out the night before. "He rang his parents and family back home and spent a few hours talking to them and he just didn't go to bed. He went and had a few early drinks then and it just caught up on him."
