Leinster's Alan Spicer has appeared in court charged with assaulting a woman at Copper Faced Jacks nightclub in Dublin.
The incident is alleged to have occurred on March 1st of this year.
The 21-year-old was arrested at 4.05am that day, and is currently on station bail.
He appeared this morning at the Criminal Courts of Justice.
Spicer is seen as one of the top prospects with Leinster rugby, given his large 6ft 10in frame.
The second row has been capped twice by his province.
