With Irish rugby in a state of depression after Ireland's chastening World Cup quarter-final exit at the hands of Argentina, the IRFU have today released tickets for next year's Six Nations Championship through affiliated clubs. Joe Schmidt's men face fellow World Cup also-rans Wales, Italy and Scotland in the Aviva Stadium next year, with the defending champions hitting the road for away fixtures against fellow World Cup also-rans France and England. Last week - at the height of the pre-Pumas rugby hype - the GAA made the draw for next summer's Championships, which makes us wonder if anyone really wants to promote sporting events in this country. So, fair play to the FAI, who have waited for Rugbymania to die down before selling the home leg of next month's play-off with Bosnia - the tickets going on sale Tuesday.
