Ulster have received an enormous boost after their damning 2024/25 season, which saw them miss out on the URC play-offs and Champions Cup qualification.
According to a report from Australian outlet The Roar, Wallabies loosehead prop, Angus Bell, will be heading to the Kingspan Stadium on his sabbatical year from his country.
The Waratahs front rower is large even for his position, standing at 6ft 4in and weighing in at 130kg.
The 24-year-old carries a lot more frequently than his fellow tight-fives for the Super Rugby side, and is exactly what Ulster need, in what is their weakest position.
While the report mentioned that Bristol Bears were after his signature as well, it is understood that he has chosen the Irish province, and will likely come over at the conclusion of the Lions tour of Australia.
With the dynamic Juarno Augustus also coming in next season, Irish fans are overjoyed with the imminent arrival of the 36-times capped Wallaby.
