"2016 will see the International High Performance program offering a "Work, Train and Play" option. One of Christchurchs' leading recruitment companies Canstaff, has partnered with the Crusaders IHPU to offer a unique program that allows players to work and be part of a high performance training program." "Details will be announced soon, but players from different countries will be able to combine specialised training with a unique Kiwi experience under the guidance of the Crusaders franchise. Start dates will be from February 2016."We doubt the World Champions are expecting any top Irish professionals to pack their bags and head to the other side of the world, but it is interesting to see how other countries view talent here and if any players at local or regional level will be tempted to make the move.
