Of course, overall it was a disappointing campaign with that win being Ireland's first of the tournament after drawing to Wales and losing to both England and France. Nevertheless, the game offered Ireland some respite of sorts, although against weaker opposition, the display that day reminded Ireland fans of what this Irish team can offer. Ireland were excellent that day and it set us up nicely for the final game against Scotland in Dublin a week later. Thankfully, the rugby can finally do the talking, and after an arduous week filled with regret and discontent, Ireland can finally get their campaign back on track with a win against Conor O'Shea's Italy.
