Angel di Maria reveals the final straw that made him leave Manchester United

Angel di Maria has burned his bridges with Manchester United.

The Argentine was a notorious flop at Old Trafford having an utterly lacklustre tenure at the club after becoming their record signing. Di Maria opened up about his brief spell in England to Marca and explained that he never really wanted to join Man United in the first place.

“My intention was always to stay at Real Madrid,”

He hinted that he had a bit pf a frosty relationship Madrid's president and that's the real reason why he left the Bernabeu.
