Arsene Wenger’s latest comments will just infuriate Arsenal fans even more

Put simply, Arsenal's season has been a failure.

Yet again the Gunners find themselves out of the title race with games to spare and there's not even the consolation of an FA Cup trophy to fall back on this time around. Arsenal go into the weekend's action with Manchester United breathing down their necks, knowing that their Champions League place is not yet secure. With City currently ahead of them on goal difference, Arsenal are staring down the barrel of another fourth-placed finish after a season that promised so much at one stage. "We have to realise that, away from home, we are championship winners. At home, against the smaller teams, we lost the league.
