Beşiktaş release statement denying Wout Weghorst reports

Weghorst has been linked with a move to Man United.

Beşiktaş have denied reports that Wout Weghorst is set to move on loan to Manchester United. Weghorst is currently on loan at the Turkish club from Burnley but has been linked with a move to Old Trafford as Erik ten Hag desperately tries to bolster his attacking options. Reports on Monday claimed that United had already proposed an offer to Burnley, which had been passed on to Beşiktaş, however, they rejected that proposal according to the Manchester Evening News.
