Even before that result, Sutton made an argument that Leicester should sack their title winning manager.
Sutton said that when one looks at the situation in an analytical manner, and takes into account the team's poor form, precarious league position and reports of unrest in the dressing room, then there was an argument to be made that Ranieri should be sacked.
However, Savage wasn't having any of it. The former Leicester midfielder repeatedly referenced the Foxes' incredible title victory last season, and suggested that was enough to ensure Ranieri should be immune from losing his job.
"This clown next to me wants him sacked," Savage said before saying he believes Ranieri will keep the team up.
However, Sutton had a counter argument for each of Savage's points, and really managed to wind-up his fellow pundit.
For what it's worth, most who voted in this poll agreed with Savage.
