Claude Puel sickened after brilliant Diogo Jota injury-time winner

Diogo Jota scored an injury time winner to sink Leicester City in one of the games of the season.

The Portuguese midfielder scored a hat-trick in a brilliant 4-3 win at the Molineux Stadium as Wolves leapfrogged Leicester into eighth place on the Premier League table. https://twitter.com/SkySportsPL/status/1086631884497604609 Wolves took a 2-0 lead in the first-half through Jota and Ryan Bennett before Leicester came roaring back in the second-half with goals from Demari Gray and an own goal from defender Conor Coady. A third from Jota gave the hosts a decisive lead before Wes Morgan headed home an 87th minute equaliser only to be undone by Jota a minute later in an excellent counter-attacking move. Leicester City manager Claude Puel is under severe pressure to keep his job with the Foxes and Saturday's loss will not have helped his cause although the Frenchman defended his situation and said that people would lose their money backing against him.

“The common thread, in all the press conferences, I cannot manage this speculation,” he said before the game. “It’s often people have a lot of bets about my future, I am sorry for people who made this bet because they lost a lot of money. I hope this situation continues. “I’ve not got a problem with the fans’ feelings, we have the same feeling. We were angry about our last performance and we lost the credit of our last (home) result (a 2-1 win over Manchester City)."
