Cork City’s U19 side make history, set up tie against giants of Italian football

This is great to see.

On Wednesday evening, Manchester City lost 4-0 away to Barcelona and Celtic were beaten comfortably by Borussia Mönchengladbach, losing the Champions League tie at Parkhead 2-0. However, while Scottish and English clubs, with the exception of Arsenal, struggled in Europe, an Irish side made history and set up a glamour tie against one of the giants of Italian football. Cork City's U19 team beat HJK Helsinki at Turner's Cross in the Uefa Youth League to advance to the next round of the competition, where they will play Roma.
