Cristiano Ronaldo has joined Juventus from Real Madrid

Cristiano Ronaldo has joined Juventus from Real Madrid for a fee in the region of €100m (£88.3m). He joins a Juventus side who have won seven back to back Serie A titles, but who have not won the Champions League since 1996. Ronaldo spoke after the Champions League final, hinting at the possibility that he would leave Real Madrid this summer, after eight seasons at the club. He told reporters straight after the final whistle that "In the coming days there will be an answer about my future. It has been nice playing for Real Madrid."
