Cristiano Ronaldo set to profit massively after being dropped by Martin Scorcese

Cristiano Ronaldo's Hollywood debut will have to wait after the Real Madrid star was dropped from Martin Scorcese's upcoming release The Manipulator. Alessandro Proto, the man who the film is based on, asked the legendary director to remove Ronaldo from the project, but the Real Madrid star will reportedly still receive a huge payday by not appearing in the film. Daily Mirror reports that Ronaldo will bank a cool €20m for giving up his penthouse apartment in New York for the movie, despite not appearing in the film at all. Proto admitted that he does not want the superstar footballer in the movie, but he would happily deliver the cash in person if that's what it takes to keep him out of the film.
