Dele Alli misses England training again, now a doubt for Panama clash

He's the sole absentee for today's training session

The England team has announced that Dele Alli will not take part in Thursday afternoon as he is being monitored by the side's medical staff. The update comes after the Tottenham midfielder picked up a thigh injury in the Three Lion's match against Tunisia on Monday. The official England Twitter account, stated: "The Three Lions will be back on the training field shortly, as we begin our build-up for Sunday’s game again Panama. "Dele Alli is the only absentee from the session, as he continues his recovery from a slight thigh strain."
