Everton’s leaked new jersey is retro but won’t go down well with fans

The club's jersey for next season appears to have been leaked, and it features a new shirt sponsor. Chang Beer have sponsored Everton's jersey since 2004, but they will be replaced by SportPesa. According to the Liverpool Echo, the African betting company have agreed a five year deal to be the main sponsor of the Merseyside club. Footy Headlines appear to have got their hands on an image of Everton's new jersey, and it is a bit minimalist. We should probably wait until the jersey is officially confirmed before passing a final judgement on it, but the jersey appears to be a downgrade on the current Everton home strip. However, if Evertonians don't like the team's new jersey, another one will be along this time next year.
