The tweet was the beginning of an explanation from Ghanaian league champions Asante Kotoko to address the accusations from football administrator Kofi Manu about why the Kotoko players were tired and had lost to Algerian side El Eulma last weekend which saw them eliminated from the African Champions League.
"These players do not sleep. I tell you all the time, they don't sleep," Manu told Sikka FM. "The fact that they are in bed does not mean they sleep," he continued.
"They spend their nights making calls, browsing the web and watching porno!"
But to be fair to the club, they were quick to respond with a massively entertaining series of tweets this morning.
