Sure there was talk of James Milner slotting in if needed but Moreno felt supremely confident he would be lining out in the Liverpool back four. 2016/17 was going to be great. He was dropped to the bench and The Milner Experiment began. Four games into the season and it is still going. Moreno has seen 14 minutes of action since conceding a penalty, going missing for Theo Walcott's goal and getting horribly exposed, at regular intervals. Moreno was them spotted pushing a child's buggy whilst on a hoverboard but he has buckled down since then.
