England have become a laughing stock amongst Irish football fans once again as they unveiled a team photo ahead of their Euro 2024 campaign.
Gareth Southgate's men travel to Germany as one of the favourites for the tournament hoping to go one better than when they lost in the final to Italy back in 2021.
Before heading off to Central Europe, Southgate and the 26-man squad took a group photo in which they were all wearing similar clothes.
Some had a dark blazer, his squad were kitted out in white t-shirts, with a mixture of over-shirts and bomber jackets on different players.
Half wore black, while the others donned beigey-tan tint – sparking plenty of humour amongst Irish fans on social media.
One user posted on X: "Black and Tans.. nice.
"That's some choice of colours. Irish people will get what I mean," said a second.
A third exclaimed: "They’ve brought back the Black and Tans.
"Come out and fight me like a man," said another.
This user added: "Go out the Group stage ye Black & Tans."
