James McClean’s not happy with how he’s rated in new Fifa game

The Fifa 18 ratings are out and some of the Republic of Ireland team have been discussing how their likenesses have fared.

The Boys In Green are in the FAI National Training Centre in Dublin preparing for their crucial World Cup qualifier against Georgia in Tbilisi on Saturday evening. An away win for Ireland would see them hold onto second spot in group D, assuming Serbia manage a victory over whipping boys Moldova. Irish fans will also be paying close attention to the clash between Austria and Wales, as both teams are trailing Ireland by four points before this round of matches. David Meyler sent out a humorous tweet from the camp with a photo of himself talking to James McClean on the pitch. His response seemingly implying that he was tired of all this Fifa talk. One follower tweeted a screenshot of his attributes in the video game and zoomed in on his pace, which was deemed to be a lacklustre 54/100. The fleet-footed West Bromwich Albion player explained that it was his pace in the game that he had a problem with.
