St. Patrick's Athletic defender Lee Desmond scored a remarkable first goal for the club during the Saints 1-1 draw with Derry City on Friday night.

His cast is now off and he will start back into a training schedule over the coming days and although it will take time, it is great for us to have him on the road to recovery.”
