Lille fans storm pitch and harass players after home draw

Lille fans were furious at their side's 1-1 draw with Montpellier on Saturday and stormed the pitch after the full-time whistle to harass the players.

The Disciplinary Committee of the League will meet to investigate the case and should reach a conclusion on the matter sometime next month. In the interim, Lille's Pierre-Mauroy Stadium may be suspended as a precaution during the investigation, which, would potentially leave Lille without a home ground for just one of their remaining nine league matches.
