Liverpool loanee shows club what they are missing with blistering solo run for Fenerbahce

There is two ways of looking at the following clip.

Either Lazar Markovic is the fastest white man on the planet, or, the entire Beskitas team are slower than Dejan Lovren trying to turn with the ball. Brendan Rodgers shipped the winger out of Anfield this summer on loan to Fenerbahce, just a year after moving to England for £20million. It seemed a strange decision as the Liverpool are dying for creativity and perhaps a run like this might give the Irishman some food for thought about giving the player a second chance. Markovic decides to take on pretty much the entire Besiktas team as he slices through the middle and then manages to cut a teasing ball into the box that is just missed by the striker.

Unfortnatley for Markovic he had to leave the pitch injured some minutes later as Besiktas won the match 3-2.
