First glimpse of new Man United jersey sees crest and logo changes

Our first glimpse of what is thought to be the new Manchester United jersey sees the famous crest and the sponsor's logo on the move. Rejoice, football fans, for spring is here and the promise of a new, much, much better football season - one where we might be able to go to games, or where teams other than Manchester City might actually win things - is just around the corner. Another reminder of this comes in the form of another low resolution, watermarked image of a new football kit, doing the rounds on social media weeks - no, months - before its official release. Yes, Leaked Football Kit season is here, sports fans, and Manchester United are again making waves, mere days after we got a glimpse of their rumoured next retro-inspired away kit. Whereas their changed shirt is a nod to an early 19990s classic, their home offering is - as is usually the way - more traditional / boring. Footy Headlines - it's always Footy Headlines - have yet again got their fingers placed firmly on the leaked-kit pulse on this one, and bring us an exclusive of the supposed next United home shirt. The main talking point is that both club crest and adidas logo have been moved to the centre of the shirt, something the club haven't done on a home shirt since the late 1990s. There's also a white round-neck collar, and features no prints or patterns. This version also comes without a shirt sponsor, presumably because it was mocked up before confirmation of the club's new deal with TeamViewer, whose logo will replace Chevrolet from the start of next season. There's no confirmation that this is the genuine next United shirt just yet, but we will say that FootyHeadlines have a very impressive record when it comes to calling this sort of thing early.
