Marcus Rashford is a special talent.

That much has been obvious since he burst onto the scene for Manchester United last February. Rashford scored on his first appearance in the Europa League, the Premier League, the FA Cup and at international level with England. He experienced a few barren months earlier this season. And, with Zlatan out injured for the rest of the season, the 19-year-old striker looks set to lead the line for the remainder of the campaign. Many United fans have been calling for his inclusion ahead of Ibrahimovic in recent weeks, and they'll now get their wish. Whether Rashford is currently at the level of Zlatan is debatable, but a Manchester United great reckons the young striker has the potential to be a world-class player. Paul Scholes referenced Neymar and Cristiano Ronaldo when speaking about Rashford, saying the 19-year-old can reach a similar level. "He has always been a centre-forward. When I saw him playing for the young United teams, he was scoring 30-40 goals a season," Scholes told BBC Radio 5 live on Friday evening.

"I know this lad can finish and score goals. I am just a little bit worried that he is so quick he may get shoved out wide, which is not a bad thing. "You look at Cristiano Ronaldo’s record and players like Neymar, he has that kind of ability. It is a lot to live up to but he has that in him. He can be a world star."
